Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER, whose details are set out below, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

BUYER
The person whose name and surname, delivery/billing address and contact details are provided at the time of ordering.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, arotolia.com.
3. Products Subject to the Agreement, Price and Payment
The type, quantity, sale price and payment method of the products are as set out in the information displayed to and confirmed by the BUYER at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Shipping charges and any discount/coupon amounts are indicated separately in the order summary. Payment is collected through the secure payment infrastructure provided on the site.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@arotolia.com. The product to be returned must be sent unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging.
Products that by their nature cannot be returned (single-use or hygienic products, cosmetic products whose return is not appropriate for health/hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened, etc.) and the other exceptions listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER via the contracted courier company. The delivery process and shipment tracking information are communicated to the BUYER through order status notifications (e-mail). The SELLER cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier.
6. General Provisions
The BUYER acknowledges that, prior to placing the order, they were informed of the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, and the payment and delivery terms, and that they provided the necessary confirmation electronically. In the event of force majeure, if the SELLER is unable to fulfil its obligations on time, the BUYER will be informed.
7. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force between the parties upon the BUYER's electronic confirmation of the order.
