Cancellation and Refund Policy

1-) Cancellation Notice
Participants who wish to cancel their workshop registration must notify us in writing (by e-mail or message).
2-) Refund Terms
Cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) before the event date are refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date are not refunded.
3-)No-Show
If the participant does not attend the workshop and no prior notice is given, no refund is issued.
4-)Cancellation or Postponement by the Instructor
In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the workshop instructor, participants receive a full refund or, upon request, their place is transferred to the next event.
